One of the interesting tidbits from the actual poll is the following:

Do you approve of the job Congress is doing: 75% disapprove 17% approve 7% don't know

In March 2012 59% of people v. 34% felt that the president could decide for himself whether we can take military action in Syria or Iran. However, in Sept of 2013, with an admittedly different question 78% of people felt that the President should get the consent of Congress v. 18% who do not...a Congress 3/4 of that sample disapproves of. Interesting.

Also interesting... 58% of people believe the President has the authority to strike Syria, even if Congress does not approve it and 50% believe he will if Congress doesn't authorize it. 48% to 43% believe our national security interests are at stake in the Syria situation. 39% to 56% believe we have a moral obligation to intervene when another country's civil war results in the use of chemical weapons.

    A) I'm not a liberal.

    B) I was making observations from the source material that you didn't even bother to look at that I thought were intriguing.

    So, thanks for playing.

Wolf Blitzer is the new DNC sunshine pumper. Watching CNN as he publishes a poll saying 50% of the country think Obama is a strong leader. Where was the poll taken? Outside the SNAP card line?

I'd be curious to see that poll and what the differences are between it and the FoxNews poll.

They are polling CNN viewers who are home during the day. Translation, those who do not work. Now some are seniors, but most are likely those on guvmint assistance who have no intention of looking for, much less finding, a job. Your typical democratic voter other than the liberal elites.

Ah...that wasn't clear from your original post. I did not know if it was a scientific sample. You response makes clear that it is not. Just one of those stupid "what do you think" computer polls.

I was speculating as to how they could have gotten 50% to declare him a strong leader. Have no idea re the poll. Just seemed...shall we say..."suspicious". But then again, 51.5% of the voters, voted for doofus so I'm not surprised at much of anything polls may reveal these days.

Look "Jack," I don't know what you are talking about, but PS really is proving to be appropriate initials for your screenname.
