Obama's lie. My health care insurance just went up 10% for next year.

Do everyone a favor and next time you go see a doctor or any other professional, find the one not making a profit and get treated.

The cost of insurance has no bearing on what a dr. charges. In fact,I doubt they are paying dr's. anymore, while having a higher profit margin.
By the way the "Evil" oil companies have a very low margin margin, jost comparing.

    ???

The cost of insurance (determines how much they will have to pay for claims) is going to drive what an insurance company pays out for procedures. This will certainly have a bearing on what a doctor sets their fee schedule at depending on the tyoe of practice they have set up.

Of course the premiums would go down, just like they have every year until the ACA was past. The only reason insurance premiums are going up is the ACA, anyone who doesn't believe that is clueless, and likely a liberal.

Apart from your sarcasm...rates would still go up but at a lower clip than they will...

You cannot mandate all the extra coverages and reduce premiums. Insurance companies (really middlemen now) just raise premiums to cover increased costs...

This maybe so however some states are negotiating lower rates. In FL, it appears political and against the interests of Florida citizens.

Rates this year overall went up at the lowest clip in decades.

    But apocryphal stories will continue.

We had one of our largest increases starting 2013. I expect a larger one this year and will then determine whether we will continue to pay 100% of our employees premiums...

    Another Obama lie.

And common sense would confirm where rates are going for the private working class.

But common sense is in short supply in the liberal ideology.

Yeah, or a kaiser foundation lie. It's not in this article but you can google last year was the slowest increase since 1997.

    http://kff.org/private-insurance/press-release/family-health-premiums-rise-4-percent-to/

People here are very good at taking their circumstance and extrapolating it out to by hundreds of millions of people, it doesn't work that way. It sucks that your premiums are going up so much, but nationally that wasn't the norm in the last survey. Maybe that changes in the next survey, but I prefer large statistical analysis to anecdotal stories.

I posted on this once before, there a many reasons for the slowdown - some economic, some ACA, some business competition related, it's not some magic bullet from the ACA. On the down side what has become more of the norm are higher deductibles, in some cases forced, and in other cases another option for healthy people. That's the trend folks should watch.

If people what to debate healthcare I am all for it, I just want it to be based factually.
