If your income doesnt exceed 400% of the poverty line, and you qualify for subsidies, it very well might.

We'll add this one as #37 on the list of strange, non-sensical and unenforceable rules.

No. It was pre-qualified when noted that "Obama said it". That's all one needs to know. That lying sack of chit would and does say ANYTHING he wants because he knows far too many people will believe him or not question him.

His act and lies are getting really, really old.

As George Castanza said, "It is not a lie if you believe it".

I may be one of the few remaining people who chooses not to own a cell phone.

Knowing myself and my tendencies. I choose not to have a cell phone because I don't even want to be tempted to use one while driving. If I need to make a phone call, a regular phone works just fine. If I go on a long driving trip I borrow a cell phone and keep it in the glove compartment and not in my pocket or next to me. I'm not one to choose talking on a phone incessantly even when there are friends present with whom I should talk, instead of holding a phone to my head to impress them that I own the newest phone(Techno Narcissism)

Considering how much some clowns spend on their monthly cell phone bills it is quite possible for Obamacare to be lower per month than their cell phone bill.

I'd be willing to guess most people's salary on this forum do exceed 400% of the poverty line. I know mine does...by a lot. So...yeah...we'll be paying the subsidies, not getting them.

You've made it quite clear numerous times how much you hate people spending their money the way they want even though you have no problem with the govnerment spending other people's money any way it wants. The fact you think people actually talk on their cell phones shows just how out of touch you are. ;)

And the young people (w/the aid of the gov't) that sign up and get subsidies will be subsidizing the cost of your insurance by paying for coverage they wouldn't have or purchase under the status quo. That's kind of how it works.

    Yeah, real strange.
I mean, what weirdo thinks health insurance is more important than having a cell phone?

He's speaking to his medicaid constituency and others that are subsidized by their neighbors for every damn thing they do. Lets face it, the mooch class gets everything for free courtesy of the rest of us. Why would health care be any different? next we will be subsiding 70 inch smart flat screens so the mooch class doesn't suffer from eye strain.

Not that easy. On a purely rational, short-term utility basis, they might be making a good choice in terms of immediate self-interest, given that they are in good health and have limited means. But its also not a great one for the insurance market as a whole.
