    Studies have shown that the difference between feeling satisfied and feeling full can be as much as 1,000 calories. Moving on, the difference between feeling full and feeling stuffed can be as high as 3,000 calories. The average man is fully capable of packing away two days of caloric requirement in a trip to a buffet restaurant.

    In the face of such prodigious gorging it is ludicrous to pin our obesity on 'unhealthy foods.'
