Did they ask him if his views about the Redskins have evolved?

I believe that they did aks him that and maybe what songs are on his ipod. He could make The View cast members his press corps since they are about as tough on him.

Obama didn't call on any of the network reporters from what I heard. They usually ask the tougher questions.

So say the fans of the previous guy that only called on Fox News correspondents and gay porn stars in his rare press conferences.

We do not allow journalists into these pressers. Only publicists. They all must have majored in PR, certainly not journalism.

    From the article:

"Not a single reporter confronted Obama over the violent rhetoric he and his administration have been using to describe Republicans, or even the fact that as a Senator, Obama voted against raising the debt ceiling -- a position he is now describing as dangerous, irresponsible and akin to hostage-taking.

In fact, in this briefing, Obama used the words "hostage, insane, ransom, nuclear bomb, chaos, disaster." "

funny how previous poster references 3 con media members(left wing of MSM) as respectable. They're about the same degree of respectable as ultra lib media.

nice try poster who posted link to ultra con spin site Breitbart(which really isn't that bright)

They should have shuttered that website when he died. It's about as reputable as World Nut Daily.

Well shab since you are to the left I can understand your feelings but I do not think Breitbart is anywhere near as out in the corn fields as WND- while what they report is well to the right they do provide an honest conservative assessment of what is going on

So Shab and Old - You are fine with the President not being asked any pertinent questions relating to some serious issues with Obamacare implementation? I guess you two would rather have him skate like he has been allowed to throughout his presidency. Even left leaning journalists have trashed the MSM lack of challenging questions.

Isn't this whole shut down centered on the ACA? Why wouldn't it be pertinent to ask questions?

Carney has been getting beat up by the TV guys on the front row. All questions came from row 3 and back.

Of course el prezbo passed it off on Carney providing to the list of who to call on. Sure Carney was smirking on the inside at his little gimmick.

Well now wait a minute, I try to stay out of the "OMG the media!" threads, but describing Breitbart's assesments as "honest" may be pushing it a tad.

You're the very poster who started a thread last week about a Breitbart article where I pointed out that the text of their very own article proved the headline on it to be an out and out lie (the "the last bill included only...." article, when the article went on to note in passing that "oh yeah, it also included this other thing too.").

I agree that they typically have a good bit more grounding in fact than WND (which is more akin to a supermarket tabloid), but they clearly are sensationalist to say the least as well.
