Ah, but its immenently reasonably for a newspaper to make ammends (or reparations if you will) for someone that no one at the paper now ever published, employed or worked with because it might have influenced foreign policy in the 30s. Good thing slavery didnt have such a horrible legacy in this country as foreign policy in the 30s and we can safely put it in the past and ignore it. :)

Tell me that after Obama's actions/inactions lead to the deaths of 3k Americans in NY, 4K troops in Iraq or almost Great Depression 2.

    Who made up a stat?

    No, that wouldn't make sense.
But since we agree that schools can take disciplinary action outside of the judicial system, what exactly are you complaining about? Just the use of the 20 percent figure?

Yes, the 20% stat and many others presented are "made up" and packaged to represent a non-extistent reality. It's a ruse, you know it and you accept it.

Yes, my analogy is apt. I have no problem with any individual school requiring higher standards and disciplining accordingly. My problem (which is clear from the beginning but you refuse to recognize it) AGAIN is twisting any of that to create the false reality of college culture where women are constantly in danger different from any other comparable setting of similar young people.
