Spoiler alert: it sucks beyond belief.
So I will admit it up front, I am a bit of a movie geek. Not only am I checking IMDB before I watch a movie, I look at the User Ratings to see how different age/gender groups liked it - it might have a great rating but if it's all girls under 18 enjoying it then it's probably not for me. I looked up Neighbors and while it has a really good overall rating, it definitely falls off the older you get.
I can't imagine anyone finding it remotely funny. I saw a couple walkouts.... And heard some audible sighs of boredom. It was brutal.
Very cool link. Thanks!
It has pretty solid ratings on RT so someone likes it. Probably will wait for Redbox myself.
I know.... And I use RT all the time. This one is baffling. It was really, really, really bad.
Seth Rogen is always going to be hit and miss. The only way to know is to watch, which definitely works in his favor as long as he's a hit with some people some of the time. He got your money just as much as if you loved this film, and you'll probably still give him another chance. He's his generation's Woody Allen.
Well thanks for ruining it. I wanted to waste my money too
that's Seth Rogen for you. I'll wait for dvd myself. Though a shirtless Zac Efron is always enjoyable.
Aka did you like Knocked Up or This is the End?
Did not see.
Like Seth Rogen, but this doesn't seem to be the ideal fit for his comedy. Would've preferred a more straight comic actor, like a Will Arnett or similar
