Okay I hate Obama, but this might be a bit far because it could be offensive to someone else...

    http://t.now.msn.com/joseph-sincavage-flies-nazi-flag-to-protest-barack-obama

"If you drive past Joseph Sincavage's house, you might do a double-take. Is that a Nazi flag attached to his Connecticut home? Yes, it is. Sincavage flies the Nazi flag because he believes that America is becoming a totalitarian state and not because he, you know, hates Jews. “I am going to keep flying [it] until Obama changes his policies, resigns or gets impeached,” he said. He also has an American flag, along with flags from the U.S. Marine Corps, the Vatican and — eventually — Israel's flag, "so Jewish people won’t think I’m mad at them or anything.” Sincavage doesn't understand why his swastika might be offensive. "[Jews] too are being given an unfair deal by President Obama," he said."

Thoughts? I mean someone seeing it might not understand the intent behind it.

I think there's extremists on both sides, but this is ridiculous no matter what point he's trying to make.

I don't hate Hussein but I hate his policies. The man is trying to make a statement and if you look at how big government is getting and how Hussein believes that BIG government is the answer to everything, then yes he is making a great point. Once he gets the Israeli flag up there I think the heat will die down on him.

Frankly I don't give a crap if someone wants to fly a nazi flag on their property...or if they spray paint 'dunce' on their roof... it's their perogative to declare their own idiocy to the world. In fact, is spares the rest of us the guess work (we can reasonably deduce that the dude is a nazi moron, because they have proclaimed themselves such).

I do however have a problem with him flying the flag along side the US flag, the Marine Corps. flag, and the Pope/Vatican flag.

He's probably Catholic, patriotic, and a former marine.

So flying the Nazi flag along side his other allegiances, suggests that his purported motive for flying it--as a statement of the US becoming facisist (as a negative)--doesn't seem believable.

    IMHO>

And as a Catholic, an American, and respecting the corps (usmc)--I find it very distasteful. If I lived near him, I'd ask him to take either the nazi flag or the others, down--but not fly them together.

 Okay, I hate Obama's policies and the way he has handled his presidency, how hypocritical he has been, how dodgy he has been on various issues, etc etc etc etc etc

I don't PERSONALLY hate him because I've never met the man.

    Better?

I did that on 01/20/93, back when I was a lockstep Pub. Got a few phone calls from the neighbors. No telling what kind of reaction it might get today.

I believe it a valid question seeing how the thread you started was done so in regards to people being extreme. And seeing how I'm on my phone insert eye rolling face here.

is rather a contradiction....if you don't hate someone you call them by the name the person prefers to be called. By your persisting in calling him 'Hussein' as opposed to Barack Hussein Obama, Barack, or Obama it is clear that you are hateful of him as a person. It is those who are trying to use his middle name against him(likely trying to insinuate that he's a Muslim instead of Christian) who use only his middle name when referring to him. And to do that is a hateful act against the person.

So you can save your 'I don't hate' to those who might believe you.

Why do you call him Hussein instead of Barack? or Barack Hussein Obama? or Obama?
He has stated he is Christian and yet you persist in hating on him by trying to use part of his name against him.

    Nice try

I get his point and at least for now he has the right to display it. Not how I would show my frustration but to each his own.

I really pay little attention to words or flags. If this idiot wants to do this, the best thing we can do is not give him an ounce of the attention he craves. And of course a lot of the people demanding he take it down are craving the samething.

Is he craving attention or does he just feel that this is the way for his view to be heard. Speaks just as much towards how a government that refuses to hear the people drive people to such actions in an effort to be heard.

When his view is heard, it hurts the same cause sane people are working toward.

Understood and valid given the thread I suppose. And when I'm on my phone I just type the colon sign then roll then another colon sign, and it comes out.
