i stand corrected. i haven't seen it referred to anything but the cbc, and i googled it to make sure i had it, but it sort of makes sense to swap the name, since it is composed of all democrats...

Yet a group of only white pubs would be considered racist by many. #Doublestandard

Vert - very true but can you bring one person to disagree with this lady from the NAACP side? Just one? I thing that the NAACP and NOW only support liberals. Let's face it - these organizations depend on keeping their groups down.

here is more from a black conservative

    http://www.caintv.com/black-conservatives-in-demand

One way I know this is that I am a lifetime member of the NAACP, and have been since the 1970s. But you know what? When I began to emerge as a high-profile black conservative, they mysteriously stopped sending me communication. Come on. I'm not that hard to find! But they don't want to find me. When you've embraced liberalism as your mission, people like Deneen Borelli, CL Bryant and me represent a threat.

By the way, seeing as how their objective is to keep us quiet, they have every reason to be in a full panic. Black conservatives are in more demand than ever as speakers, writers, lecturers, media figures, etc. Let me just share my own experience. My radio show is on more than 150 stations - twice as many as when we launched at the beginning of last year. I am a regular contributor on Fox News Channel. And my upcoming speaking schedule has me about as busy as I've ever been.

See, differences aside, I would think it would be in the NAACP's benefit to at least have representation from both sides.

Given the intelligence and objectivity of their leadership, that's expecting way to much.

Smells more like graft to me. Clearly there is a reason they don't pursue their stated goals (Hint: the "ACP" part) in a more objective fashion. My guess - since everything in Washington revolves around it - is money.

BTW, "Christians [who] have voted conservatively" should include a lot of blacks.

I think its safe to say that (R)s specifically target a certain type of Christian in a way that's very similar to the way (D)s target the black vote. And both are purly cynical in nature and intellectually dishonest to the core.

Year ago I read they should change their name to the NAALCP- with the L being liberal.

Now if I said that about black people, some of you would lose your minds.
