A lot of you are calling for Muschamps Head. Or Pease and Driskel. We need to get a grip! We made simple, CORRECTABLE mistakes. We need to work on RedZone offense the whole 2 weeks. We fix the simple red zone mistakes we will win games. Our Defense is elite, our receivers played better than they have in awhile. We just didn't have things go our way today.

    1. We HAVE to let Driskel run. If nobody's open let him take off, but teach him to get out of bounds or slide.

    2. I, for one, like our game plan. Our defense can win us games, but we need to work on those fumbles.

    3. It wasn't an SEC game!! Better to get the kinks out now. We have the potential to win the SEC. We have a great team. I think we wake up and get things going.

Agreed. Compared to last year, when we couldn't block, couldn't get open, couldn't throw... this year we can do all of those things somewhat, now we just have to NOT turn it over. Should be an easier fix.

How dare you come in here being positive and up-beat!

Off with his head! lol

I agree with everything you said here. What Driskel did today was sort of character for him. He's done it in a few games here at UF, but usually, he's a lot more careful than this. His poor choices in the RZ are coacheable and correctable IMO.

Good post, and one I can agree with. Working on clock management should be another big emphasis.

I hear you. But this really is different we didn't play a bad game. Take Driskel's INT's for example. The 1st one he had ALL DAY. Didn't find someone, and should have ran. 3 pts. 2nd INT: (bad play call) but that ball should have been thrown away. It wasn't there. Very very easy things that I think we WILL correct. We need to open up Driskel not the playbook. Let him run and let that make his passes that much easier.

The reason people are upset isn't because they don't realize we have a bye week and 2 whole weeks to fix these mistakes. It's because they had the entire off-season to make sure these mistakes don't occur in the first place, but they sure as hell didn't do anything about it.

Driskel doesn't look like he improved much from the Louisville game. Our passing game was better, but I think that's more because our WRs have played a lot better (thanks Joker!) and our OL has given him time in the pocket. He still doesn't always make the right read. There were definitely times when he missed WRs for big plays.

Our defense is one of the best in the country. It looked to me like our wide receivers made some big time plays today. We are supposed to have two good running backs. That leaves either quarterback or coaching to take the blame. Your pick. (OK, maybe the O line sucks.)

I have decided that JD is up and down. Not consistent.
