I saw The Who on their farewell tour. In 1982.

I saw the Who in Greensboro, NC when I was stationed @ SJAFB.

    My ears are still ringing...

    Calexico's latest offering, Algiers.

Another very solid offering from this talented but low-key bunch from Tucson.

Saw the Who in Jax with Black Oak Arkansas and Patti Labelle.

Saw them the next time without Moon. A new drummer, background singers, keyboards, and they still couldn't fill in the sound they once got with 3 playing.

The last time Entwistle played for them was at the concert for the NY police and firemen. Zac played drums and they sounded more like themselves than any other version since Moon passed. Then JE died in Vegas and that tour and the real Who sound, died also.

A little 80s cowpunk nostalgia and a very crude, ironic music video from Athens/Marietta based Guadalcanal Diary. Not very well produced or recorded, but on the heals of well produced, ADHD poster child and artistically bankrupt Sammy Hagar, a breath of underproduced fresh air. Murray Attaway is twice the artist Sammy every thought he was, and probably drives safer.
