Muschamp on #Gators RB Kelvin Taylor potentially starting: "That's probably what we'll end up doing."

    Must be practicing well :)

Depends on practice performance evidently. I'm guessing mostly with picking up the mental aspects, because he can obviously run the ball.

Finally. Better late than never. Our run blocking will magically look great with Taylor in there now. It's scary that he still says probably. He needs to make offensive changes faster and not be so scared.

What a special first start. The homefield of where his dad had an exceptional NFL career and suited up for the team that his dad played for in college.

Picture perfect, hope it turns out that way from a performance standpoint.

Ah Ha! Here's the reason Muschamp has been delaying it, he just wanted his first start to be that much more meaningful :)

Freddie and Mojo had a game where they ran wild on the Colts...put up 375 yds and Freddie popped a couple long ones

wouldn't mind something similar on Saturday

Lol only probably. So if he doesn't start, safe to say that we will "probably" trot out our 3.3ypc RB. This guy Muschamp...he's a funny guy

This is a decision that had to be made. I don't care if Kelvin Taylor doesn't practice well. You are not winning many games being a predominantly run team with Mack Brown as your starter.

The first step to improving the Offense is to get our best Tailback on the field more often and for goodness sake, give him as many carries as he can handle. Mack Brown is a decent player but he's not a breakaway threat. You've got to respect him and he's decent, but he's a plowhorse. Kelvin Taylor has real playmaking ability.

    Prediction:

If Kelvin Taylor starts and kills it on Saturday en route to a win, Muschamp will get shat on this message board worse than if he lost the game
