I think Tebow is capable of winning games in the NFL, but I think the issue is that he does not have the tool kit that they look for in an NFL quarterback. I like the guy but you can't honestly say the guy has the ability to throw an out like an NFL starter is supposed to be able to do. He has a slow release which will be a huge liability at certain times (although there are QBs that have overcome that one). I hope he gets a chance and I think he is a really solid option at backup but there is now way I would want to give defenses the vanilla palette that Tebow gives them in the long haul. But as a backup seems like a winning option. Plus, he could always come in for goal line and short yardage situations and he does have the ability to pop a big one every once in a while. Face it, when Josh Freeman is getting cut, Tebow has a lot of competition. Just my take. I go to church every Sunday so my opinion definitely isn't some kind of anti-religious slant. I just don't think he is a viable NFL starter.
