Thought Murphy looked pretty confident and smooth.
Sure he has.
But there's just not enough sample to really know what the guy can do. Nice to see he's not a total dud, though.
Hes the best qb we have... obviously
He looks solid, but this Tennessee D isn't exactly elite. But for his first real action, I hope no one is complaining.
Realize it's Tennessee defense, but he's looked like he's been getting quality playing time instead of never playing.
I am liking Murphy honestly. Not to get too excited but he has managed, and played excellent!
Just hang on to the ball! If we don't turn it over and Murphy can make some yards on scrambles....we win!
We don't need a great QB like Tebow or Luck, we need a game manager that wont turn the ball over. We may need to seriously think about Murph starting.
He's been fantastic in this game. It's hard not to get excited. He's done one heck of a job. I had no idea that he would be this effective in an SEC game. What a surprise.
Murph da man ....... Why can't he be accepted?
Honestly, if somehow Jeff is able to play next week I would still like to give Tyler the start and let him have a chance to lose the job. He has made plays with his legs, his arms, he's escaped pocket pressure, made throws on the run, avoided INT's and scored TDs in the red zone.
I think we can win with him. If Driskel has a high ankle sprain, we will have to.
He looks fantastic. Then again, so did Jeff last year against Tennessee. I'm reservedly optimistic.
(we need a QB that can run either way)
No. Don't post again until you're sober.
