Konstantin Kilimnik come on down! You're the next contestant on Mueller's Witch Hunt!

Hat tip to the Washington Post for the thread title. Lots of good info in that link too.

Mueller Brings New Charges Against Manafort And His Russian-Ukrainian Business Associate

Special counsel Robert Mueller on Friday brought new charges against former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort, as well as his longtime Russian-Ukranian business partner, Konstantin Kilimnik.

The June 8 superseding indictment alleges that "from 2006 until 2014 ... Manafort, with the assistance of Gates, Kilimnik, and others, engaged in a multi-million dollar lobbying campaign in the United States at the direction of Yanukovych, the Party of Regions, and the Government of Ukraine." In the February superseding indictment, that paragraph only alleged that Manafort acted "with the assistance of Gates and others."

A native of Ukraine, [Kilimnik] trained as a linguist at the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow, which experts believe to be a training ground for Russian spies. Kilimnik, who became a Russian citizen after the breakup of the Soviet Union, has previously denied ties to Russian intelligence.

Manafort continued to communicate with Kilimnik as recently as last November, a month after Manafort was accused of serving as an unregistered foreign agent for Ukraine as well as money laundering.

Sooner or later the head witch of the coven will be ensnared which is why he is trying to shut down and/or delegitimize the Mueller investigation.

Failure to register as a foreign agent is a relatively minor federal crime. The more serious charges Manafort faced were the money laundering and bank fraud charges.

But, witness tampering in a FARA case? How dumb.

I believe that Manafort is an ultimate target here. Before this DC case goes to trial, there will be another superseding indictment of Mueller and Kiliminick.

    Interesting:
If any of the property they want is no longer available, it says they’ll just take his other property.

Do you see the word “collusion” anywhere in my posts? So you see the word “collusion” anywhere in Rosenstein’s public appointment letter? Kiliminick is the GRU agent who Manafort offered to, and did, exchange information with during the camapaign. Manafort was Trimp’s campaign manager and Gates was the deputy campaign manager. Criminals. But, keep up the sanctimonious defense of the “best people” Trump surrounded himself with.

Yeah, having a "former" GRU officer (the group that hacked the DNC and Podesta's email) working for your campaign manager (with whom he offered to exchange information on the campaign) is clearly not the type of thing that would be associated with collusion. Regardless, no, this charge happened as part of the attempt to cover up their other illegal activities.

Manafort was at the June 9 Trump Tower meeting with Junior, Kushner, the Russian lawyer, Agralov, the translators. And, as I have said, read the Atlantic stories on Kiliminick’s communications with Manafort concerning working off his debts to Derapaska. Maybe Manafort sold out Trump, but every time Trump calls this a witch hunt, it supports a different conclusion. Trump is right about there being a spy in his campaign. A Russian cutout name Manafort.

Yeah, something was going on here. I think all the way back to the server revelations, in which the Trump folks had a server that was supposedly spamming two groups in the world: one a Ukrainian-Russian bank and the other a company associated with the DeVos family (with a big increase in traffic right when Manafort was about to be fired). And every one of these stories seems to involve either Manafort/Kiliminick or some member of the DeVos family, like Erik Prince. The question is what, specifically, was going on and what can they prove in court.

The Ukraine is NOT part of Russia... One of these days the Left will figure out that these are TWO SEPARATE NATIONS.

Ukraine's former President (who Manafort worked for) was a Russian puppet. When he left office, he fled to Russia. Kiliminick was a Russian GRU agent and was allowed to flee to Russia. Derapaska is a Russian oligarch.

Manafort is charged with laundering $30 million. Is that a witch hunt?

BTW: tell the people in Crimea and Eastern Ukraine that they are not part of Russia.

    The group that employed Manafort:

    Party of Regions - Wikipedia

In terms of the bank that I was discussing:

    Alfa-Bank - Wikipedia

The founder of the bank was born and raised in Lviv, Ukraine, USSR but bases out of Moscow. Calling it Ukrainian-Russian is accurate.

this is a weird story that i have never seen corroborated. I always thought that the Trump organization was hacked, which explains the links between the servers (and a lot).
