It's so terribly hard for liberals to have to rationalize themselves, their ideals, the media, and this administration. Bummer.

Yet another instance of "perfectly fine when we do it, totally despicable when the other side does it".

Has the coverage of the Spokane and Oklahoma murders been more than it would have because of the Martin/Zimmerman case?

That is a good question but doubtful. I think that if Obama was to speak to the Martin case he should speak to these as well.

You haven't already forgotten about shaping facts to fit the narrative, have you? That's why the President is black, Elizabeth Warren is Native American (her mee maw told her so; that's good enough for me), and George Zimmerman is white. Now if the "white boy" in question had been the victim of three blonde-haired, blue-eyed devils, then of course he would black. The formula is not that difficult.

I always thought Obama was black because he looked black. Which is to say that although he is half white, if you met the guy on the street you wouldn't guess as much. That's generally how things work, unless you're filling out a job application or something.

    In response to:

Ok, so if you agree with this 100%, do you agree that it was "...a vile new tactic to thrust the name of [Trayvon Martin] into the media, and to [attempt to] make some point about race in America"?

There is no rationale to the stupidity, racial hatred and socialized/nanny-state demagoguery that the wannabee commies live by. They're a hodgepodge of misfits stretching and twisting America into a hell-hole of 'specialized' separation of ideals.

They feel this urge to divide and conquer America from within.. just to create a divided states of America.

The Democratic party is the sphincter of America.

Come on, get with the program! He's a white biracial teenager. Just like Zimmerman was a white Hispanic.

Anyone trying to claim TM's death was some modern-day example of racial injustice, but other incidents where the victims were white and attacked by a group (as opposed to a solitary individual) have nothing to do with race and/or racism in this country are abject hypocrites.

If one is nationally relevant, they all are.

Or is consistency too much to ask for?

seems to me it was a very simple question: The Lane and Belton murders were very horrible crimes done to innocent people. Absolutely no doubt about that. But would they be discussed as much as they were it not for the Martin/Zimmerman case?
    What do you think?
