Stormy Danial’s lawyer posted a photo for Cohen taking a Qatari businessman, who bragged about bribing Washington politicians, into an elevator at Trump tower shortly after the election.

    upload_2018-5-14_11-35-14.jpeg

Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti posted photos Sunday on Twitter showing Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen getting into an elevator at Trump Tower with a man appearing to be a Qatari banker accused in a lawsuit affidavit of boasting that he bribed Washington politicians.

Avenatti said Cohen was in the building shortly after the presidential election meeting with a group of Qataris, including Ahmed al-Rumaihi, an official of Qatar’s national wealth fund.

Oh my God! You mean rich people paying money for access to politicians never existed prior to Trump? People affiliated to the politicians haven't been paid as "consultants" prior to Trump?

At the end of the day, you're illuminating nothing other than your own desperate obsession.

Hmmm ... I thought "pay for play" was a problem when you guys thought Clinton was doing it. If you'd be a less hypocritical in your outrage, I'll stop pointing it out. Deal?

It's like any other politician. As long as the broad strokes of policy are accomplished and certain judges are appointed, little else matters.

But just so you know, showing people getting on an elevator at the Trump Tower proves nothing other than they went for a ride on an elevator at the Trump Tower.

My question is how is this photo relevant to the Stormy Daniels case? Did Stormy ever see Trump at Trump tower? If she had this could have been found out in discovery. If she hadnt it just seems like its more thowing handfuls of mud at a wall hoping some sticks.

True, except that isn't just some guy in an elevator, he's the guy who openly bragged about buying Washington politicans, is involved in assisting Trump's buddy Flynn in some weird ass plot to defraud a basketball league, and is getting in the Trump tower elevator with Trump's lawyer patting him on his back.

Like you said, not proof of anything, but certainly something that needs an investigation/explanation.

Just to correct you a little.....it isn't "mud" they're throwing. They are slinging the ultimate in desperation goo....otherwise known as a massive load of chit now.

Her lawyer is becoming more and more of a liability with his constant carnival acts. Not to mention how his followers and adoring supporters are looking. Embarrassment levels are reaching new heights.;)

So this is how it ends ... with a photo of a guy who *might* be a Qatari banker who is *alleged* to have bragged about buying DC pols.

Facepalm is right. Libs are throwing out everything Clinton did at Trump with zero evidence.

Still waiting on Cheney/Rove/Bush to be frog marched out of the WH.

The dems didn't really even investigate the Bush admin for Iraq - at last not on any serious level. It was surely a calculated move to not investigate, but let's be real, they could have investigated Iraq for years and years.

Which in retrospect of Republican political strategy to politicize things like Benghazi, was probably a miscalculation on the dems part. Didn't seem to earn any goodwill. Benghazi received as many hearings as 9/11 (22 vs 21). The Iraq war? Not so much.

One would think it's too late now, but the Brits didn't really have their reckoning on Iraq until 2016 with the Chilcot Report. At least Tony Blair apologized. That's something I guess.

Chilcot Report on Iraq War Is 'Damning Verdict' for Former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair (Video)

No need to investigate Iraq. We knew, and know, what happened and who was responsible. We should all look back at that time to whatever position we held then and remember to always keep an open mind and that truth matters. We need to be able to count on people with credibility to be honest with us, and not sell their souls for political expediency like Colin Powell did. In contrast, Robert Byrd gave a great speech opposing that war and was depicted as a traitor. Our Bob Graham, who was chairman of the Senate Intel committee was mocked when he said the intel about Iraqui WMDs was false.

Which is why I didn’t start a new thread. But at some point they can’t all be false, especially with Cohen.

It’s remarkable though a story like this would have been front page news any time in the last 2 centuries, now it doesn’t even crack the top 10 of filth going on.

Call us when Obama... err... Trump sell seats on Air-force One to rock stars like Bon Jovi, or when he sells the Lincoln bedroom to Beyonce and Jay Z.
