Your offense won't score 28 on our defense.

In five games, 6 TDs have been scored on us... including two off turn overs, and one off a fake FG.

If you get to 28 it will be due to turnovers and/or special teams plays.

But LSU has NFL players on offense, Oaktown ... we may need to field all 11 of our College players on defense for this game ... :bored:

Lets get a few things stright. It's Mettenberger not Mecklinburg and it's Pease not Peace. Hard to put any credence into comments when you don't even know the names of people involved.
This game will be stength (Florida's D)against strength (LSU offense. The Gtaors will slow down the LSU offense but Florida's offense needs to attack LSU's weakness.

But don't you find the misspelling of Mettenberger's name absolutely hilarious?

I prefer weenieberger. Or whineyberger. Or molestaberger. Or after our defense is done with him, mincedberger

Odd, that's very similar to our passing stats this year, yet we don't seem to generate the same yards per rush. Gotta give them a little credit on their run game, no matter how they're setting it up.

A sig bet is not fair for the home board member. If LSU loses, Bayou Bengal might return for a few posts, but will then disappear. Very little on the line there. In fact, the same could come to fruition if LSU somehow miraculously wins (couple posts, then gone). Now, if Bayou Bengal posts here, he/she presumably posts on an LSU forum. Any sig bet might be best proposed as a "home-and-home" in which the loser changes his/her sig on the home board AND initiates a thread of shame. The thread of shame must, of course, focus on a legit topic, so as not to be deleted or locked. Links must be shared.

I am sure there is something here that you wish to convey, but this is incredibly difficult to understand. Perhaps this is easier: :)

Yeah, it's actually not that complicated, Bayou (well perhaps it is for a fan of LSU).

He's comparing passing offense versus our passing defense.

Florida has NFL DEs CBs and one likely NFL LB. LSU has a 5 star OL that you left off. If Darious Cummings steps up at DT you won't score as much as you think you will.

Got it, and of course this is pretty easy to understand as well:

    It's also entirely meaningless.

I'm hoping you understand this (it's a basic tenet of football knowledge).
