Maybe so. Absent further comment, I'm not sure what else explains it.
Could be. I just see it as politicians being politicians.
You mean your interpretation over 'my party's predicament'.
The bottom line--both parties are banking on the fate of Obamacare. If it works well or does not yield an adverse effect...dummy-rats win, GOP loses--which really means the status quo holds.
...but if it fails or yields adverse effects...
The pendulum swings back to the right...and the dummy rats will pay dearly for their FU politics.
That's why you're seeing such desperation from the Left, and so little care from the Right. We just don't have that much to lose anymore.
Just wait, bide our time. Our day will come soon enough.
phil-I see you have continued your move to the left se la vi

Fortunately for us--and for you, though you probably don't realize it--we have a FEDERAL REPUBLIC, and not a democracy. We'd have long ago gone socialist, if we were a true democracy...
...and the dummy-rats would have long ago destroyed the structural integrity of the framework that holds this country together, if the safe guards that keep partisan power abuse in check, were as easily disposable, as the dummy-rats have pretended, over the last 5 years.
