Have there been any reports on how Matt has been running in practice?

    M. Brown reminds me of Kestahn Moore. M. Jones reminds me of M. Jones. Both will be utilized with M. Jones getting most of the carries. That's how I see this thing playing out. Taylor and Herndon getting carries late in the games....w/ Taylor continuing to get better and push for more PT.

I think Jones gets 12-15 carries this week and, assuming no setbacks, is ready for 25+ against UT.

I expect Brown to get 7-10 this week. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how productive they'll be.

    Herndon/Taylor will maybe get 3-4 a piece.

Ideal scenario: We get an early TD off D/ST, Jones looks really good and breaks a long one - something like 8 car 88 yards 2 TDs, and we're able to play the back-ups heavily in the second half.

I posted a thread making fun of this. Flor-uh-duh apparently puts little value on the sounds "ih" or "ah" -> all vowels sound like "uh"

I think it is close. M. Brown appears to be a great utility back...a lot like Moore was. Brown looks better when he runs but I can see Brown fitting that utility type roll. Personally I think Brown is good and he showed a lot of great things on Saturday.

Us fans are not the only ones expecting big things from Matt. His teammates seem pretty psyched too:

"Senior offensive lineman Kyle Koehne is predicting a big game for Jones on Saturday.

“As long as we come out and do what we do and do it right (on the offensive line), it should be an awesome debut for Matt Jones,” Koehne said. “He just brings a whole new style of running. He's got power and he's got the burst, so hopefully we can hit some more big ones.”

I'm looking for Jones and Easley to both have big days, and for Purifoy to make a big play.

I'm hoping AM doesn't get ejected for decapitating someone... but he and Purifoy are going to bring some big energy to that side of the ball. Between Easley, Fowler, AM, Powell, Roberson and Purifoy, we've got a lot of guys to keep this defense pumped up and playing at a high energy level. If we also play with discipline, I think the whole nation is going to take notice of what we do to Miami's offense.

On Muschamp's show Easley was the one pumping up teammates in pre-game huddle. That bodes well.

Herndon looked very good to my eyes. Definitely want to see him get some carries.

I see 200+ yards from scrimmage tomorrow for Matt. He is going to be a big time star.
