Charging prosecutor directly above... ----------------------------------------------- Unbelievable the Marine is charged with major felonies and given a 150K bond while the guy who shot him and shot into the house is only charged with carrying a concealed weapon. These nutty left wing prosecutors think its their job to deal out left wing justice pulling crap like this figuring even if a Judge throws out the nutty charges later they still showed the person left wing justice.
I would beg for there to be more to this story than is revealed above so I can try to make sense of it, but I don't expect anything to make sense in this burning shithouse of a world anymore.

The article in the OP mentions that the police believe the shooting was over a female. It just also includes quotes from someone biased toward the Marine.
But he used all the hot button words...marine, nutty left wing prosecutors, left wing justice. I mean armed with all those it has to be true.
Hate to say it: but the OP is kinda exhibit A on why a lot of people make fun of Fox (and yes, I know this is a local affiliate and not Fox News), but still...that's pretty terrible journalism there. Thanks for linking the other articles. Had been curious for more details.
The Fox story did have this paragraph buried deep: So it was kinda "Oh, by the way, the police have an entirely different account than the suspect's father who has assured us his son is completely innocent."
Whenever I see a story that calls someone a Vet, Serviceman, grandparent, etc. it always causes my eyebrow to raise. It's like the writer is trying to generate an injustice being carried out against the individual beforhand. In this case, being a Marine has nothing to do with the story and I hate that crap.
It seems to me that the key fact is either who shot first, or who pulled out the gun first. A disagreement over a woman does not allow one of the people to pull out a gun and start shooting. If it was about SEC football, I could understand...
You don't get just a charge of carrying a concealed weapon after shooting into someone else's house without a deranged lefty prosecutor that would rather charge based on her politics.

We probably have another prosecutor abusing her power like the one in the Zimmerman case except this time the BS is based on her politics alone. Its crazy how these prosecutors abuse their authority so much in these lefty areas when it comes to gun or political cases.
The prosecutor would have charged the other guy with more like the Marine if there is contradictory statements about what actually happened. Only with a crazed left prosecutor could you get the charges given out like this right off the bat.
The police charged them.....the case is still being investigated. Sounds like you're jumping the gun here blaming the crazed left prosecutor.

Based on the story, it sounds like the Marine pulled a gun first. Once that happens, you better be ready to use it. If someone points a gun a me, I would take that as a threat to my life, I'd feel justified to immediately shoot back. Sounds like the marine was just a lousy shot, since he was only one hit ... And based on the way the charges went down, I'd bet the unbiased witnesses (i.e., not the Marine's dad) are saying the Marine shot first, too. We will see. And I'll just further add, sounds like all parties involved are scum bags that should do some time. Look at the charges.... multiple fire arms violates, attempted murder, drugs, false identification to law enforcement ... all started because one dude was probably trying bang someone's girlfriend....
On point. Just because someone is a marine doesn't make him a solid citizen. I mean...honestly.....they are our trained killers. Most are well disciplined trained killers others not so much.
