    Brilliant. It was clear Biden's "shoot a shotgun in the air if someone worries you" advice was awful (and a lot of people tried to let others know that it was actually illegal), but I wasn't sure that we would see someone actually get arrested for it and then cite "the vice president said to do it" as a defense.

    Biden can give some bad advice sometimes. The shotgun advice was relatively harmless compared to his advising the public to vote for the Obama/Biden ticket.

    Biden told him to do it. Biden could be considered an accessory to the crime.

    Also it is terrible advice because if you fire two blasts with a shotgun, then you don't have any shots left.
