Brilliant. It was clear Biden's "shoot a shotgun in the air if someone worries you" advice was awful (and a lot of people tried to let others know that it was actually illegal), but I wasn't sure that we would see someone actually get arrested for it and then cite "the vice president said to do it" as a defense.

Biden can give some bad advice sometimes. The shotgun advice was relatively harmless compared to his advising the public to vote for the Obama/Biden ticket.

Ahhh, the ole Joe Biden defense--Absolutely worthless just like he and Obama.

Weak attempt at claiming an insanity defense (Step 1: claim you follow instructions from Joe Biden...) Just go straight to biting the head off a pigeon.

Biden told him to do it. Biden could be considered an accessory to the crime.

Also it is terrible advice because if you fire two blasts with a shotgun, then you don't have any shots left.

Only if you also take Joe's advice on what kind of shotgun to own. Don't do that either.

Vice-Presidents and gun safety haven't exactly gone hand-in-hand for a couple of administrations now.

Well, Biden is the second biggest moron in D.C., so I can't understand anyone listening to that jacka$$ in the first place.

Nobody should ever try to apply anything Joe Biden says on any subject to real life.

If he had bird shot in it, it was just a big noise, if he had buckshot in it, he needs to wise up no matter what a fool says.

    The American law of politics:

    1. Stupid acts will remain at rest, until a politician becomes elected.

    2. For every stupid act, there is an equal and opposite stupid act.

    3. Stupidity is neither created nor destroyed. It is merely passed back and forth equally between Republicans and Democrats.

Some people saw this coming. It was just a matter of time before somebody listened to Biden's criminal advice.
