Find me another coach that could go 11 - 1 in one of the toughest eras of all time in SEC football with a spread option QB running a pro-set offense. Will's going to be a great one.

Yes I suspect Brown and Kiffin will both be replaced in the offseason...Kiffin may be out sooner if USCw imploodes.

Bobby Petrino at UT? I think they offer him or Les Miles. USC will offer Sark if he wins at UW this season. Maybe Petersen but he is a longshot to leave Boise.

Probably but I still see them making a run at an established guy like Miles.

I really don't think he'd leave UF to go to Texas. He'd leave for the NFL but I can't see another school grabbing him from us.

imho both Texas and USCw will be looking for new HC's at the end of this year and both will have the same guy at the top of their wish list.

Look at Texa's schedule and then look at ours. I bet he would leave if they offer. Same pay (maybe more) and alot less stress (ie one hard game a year (OU) instead of 5 and no conference championship game) and much easier ability to recruit.

Tells you something about the CIW when the mentor is incompetent but still keeps his job.

Texas is one of the few schools with the means and reputation to make a run at Saban.

But is Muschamp leaves for UT what is the board's opinion of UF going after Strong?

Although I fully support CWM, Strong was my first choice. I wouldn't mind at all, but I don't think he'd come.

Texas will never get Saban. Texas can try but unless they pay him double digits each year and hand him half of Texas, he's staying put.

I don't think Texas would fire Brown in the middle of the season, but I kind of feel like USC would to Kiffin.

This is pure speculation on my part, but you know how quickly past indiscretions are forgotten when it comes to winning football games...especially in Texas.

Do they go w/ an offensive mind to offset the Sumlin factor or do they look for a defensive guy?

I think he jump to Austin in a heartbeat, but I also think Texas would probably aim a bit higher and only offer Boom if their first few choices fell through.
