I need to eat less or exercise more. I like food, so I would prefer to exercise more. I used to be able to run like a deer and play basketball all day long. My achilles tendons have given up. I can still run and jump, but then it hurts to walk for several days after, so that is out as a regular exercise. I tried swimming, but the chlorine bothers my skin and eyes (and it is mind-numbingly boring), so that is out. What else should I try?
