That was pretty docile..........but I'd still be calling animal control.

Now about the kids...who the f$#k lives above an exotic pet store like that? Anything could get loose - poisonous snakes of all kinds, etc. And talk about a lawsuit against the shop owner.

He is docile because he just ate a six foot man. ;) Let him go a week or two without food.

I have owned two fourteen foot pythons and I would have just caught that one if I saw it. And a 14 footer isn't going to eat a man.
Also, it was probably not turned loose by someone who had it as a pet. Hurricane Andrew destroyed a facility that was breeding them and hundreds of them escaped and are now building a breeding population in south Florida. They are turning up more and more down there these days.

Hard to tell since the video isn't very clear. It does look like a King Cobra however cobras don't usually coil their prey like a constrictor. Other snakes are the favorite food of the King Cobra.

The children were sleepover guests of the pet shop owner and his family.

I'm pretty sure the parents could & should sue-either through the homeowner's or business policy. And again, who lives above that? Even if you own the place, especially if you have kids, live elsewhere.

lol I thought twice about clicking on the thread...

Where I'm at - if it's more then 6ft of any snake breed it gets a hollow point.

    Done deal
