he sounds like a backup plan if Angus waivers
Eric Lauderdale @e_lauderdale 58s
#Oregon with the clutch offer
With the end of the season approaching, I believe we would benefit from knowing who the OC is, and it couldn't hurt to let the offensive players that we are going after see who we have planned to bring in and what kind of offensive scheme that we will be running next yr.
It really is not a big deal for recruiting right now. The Only EE that might care is Cook. Everybody else will have plenty of time to talk to the new OC.
Anybody heard anything with how Jalen Tabor's visit went this weekend? I saw there was an article on Rivals about it but I couldn't read it. I like this kid a lot and could see him getting some immediate playing time in our secondary.
@AmariCooper91 You still going to Florida?
@_MoneyLane1h @AmariCooper9 signing day ima know where I'm going
Not sure what that means
I heard they said if we got an OC coaching in a bowl game they would wait a while to announce but would tell recruits who it was
I think Lane and Cook are just trying to stir up something, they committed early, all star games are coming and two of the top recruits in the country are already committed. So they want to bring a little attention back to themselves by making these tweets. I've followed recruiting long enough to know that if they come that will be great if they don't we will go on with out them. It will be hard to replace that kind of talent but its not the end of the world.
Not the banner but the picnic table style red carpet they laid out. Honestly you would be surprised what "moves" recruits.
Justin Hopkins @JHopkins24720m
4-star JUCO WR @e_lauderdale (Eric Lauderdale) said his final 3 are #ASU #Florida #GoDucks in no orde
We can eliminate one of those if we take ASU's OC. you know the whole kill 2 birds with one stone thing
Rob Cassidy @Cassidy_Rob1h
Florida has offered another tight end, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho's Chase Blakley, a four-star prospect. He is currently committed to Washington.
Does that mean we're expecting some transfers from the TE position?
I think they dont expect Lewis in the class but I could be wrong
I truly think Lewis was a take just because the staff wanted Bo Scarbrough that bad. Now the ship has sailed on Bo and it has on Lewis too I believe
Yeah, I don't think Alabama has offered him yet. I believe they will eventually as a last minute type of deal.
If Saban leaves for texas does that make guys like Bo Scarborough and Christian Miller possibilities again?
That may be true, but I remember Meyer taking Brandon James and many people saying we were only offering to get his half brother. Turned out Brandon was the real player in the family and one of the best kick returners we've ever had.
IDK how Lewis will turn out, but I wouldn't write him off if we were willing to offer him.
If Saban goes to Texas Recruiting will be crazy the next 3 months absolute craziness
He's seemed pretty solid thus far with or with out bo. He had a pretty good senior season too. @ 6'5 if he puts on some weight he could be a stellar pick up.
