yeah i agree...a list of possible commits with an assigned rating of how high they are on us..maybe a 1-5 rating with 5 being highly possible of landing them. categorized by position we need to fill for the class
This is a great idea.
AZ, I know you said you don't like doing mock classes, and you only did one to appease the other posters. I have a question about one player in your mock class though. Jordan Sims. I had never heard of him. Seems to have great size for a guard. But could we realistically snatch him from auburn and bama?
Thanks for your info!
Bama has 5 Oline commits now, many believe that they will take 7. 3 of the 5 are listed as Guards. However I believe that 1 could play center and 1 could play tackle.
Cameron Robinson 5 star Oline tackle is making an unofficial to Tuscaloosa this weekend with a couple of other Louisiana recruits. Uber may have to sweat this one out.
"Five-star safety Laurence "Hootie" Jones and four-star wide receiver Cameron Sims, both of whom rank among the best in Louisiana's loaded 2014 class, will join Robinson in Tuscaloosa. As with Robinson, Alabama is battling LSU for Jones while Auburn might be the Crimson Tide's top competition for the elusive playmaker Sims.
The three Louisiana stars are all making their second trip to Tuscaloosa this summer and could all potentially visit Tuscaloosa again this fall for an official visit."
Is the kid high on us? Have our coaches been pursuing him aggressively?
Sims is a good olineman. I'm not to sure how much we're perusing him
like FLIPCUP said there is a good chance Bama does not have room for him. Auburn would take him and Ole miss seems to be in the picture. That 5th Oline spot seems to be up in the air. The staff could decide they like Knox and want to keep him.
What's the dates of speedy and Gerald Willis' OV to UF. They set some dates today but I'm not sure what game they'll come to watch
I will write something in the next few days it will be a good read but there wont be much news per say.

2015 John Curtis safety has improved by leaps and bounds. Looks really good out here. Ranking bump is warranted.

Nice little piece on Gators recruiting. Any thoughts on their picks?

Hearing that Hendrix may have cancelled/postponed his UF visit on October 5th so that he can be in Knoxville for the UGA game. You hearing anything similar?
he is going to the vole vs UGA game now and making an official to UF at another date. I dont really think it is that big of a deal unless he commits to UT at the game or never visits UF.
Don't know how good he is, but I'd love for Hendrix to end up at UF. I'd like us to get that St. Louis pipeline going again. So it's two football players, and two in basketball, but I lived there for a total of five years and would love to see us get a player or two from metro SL.
That said, I'd take one of those south suburban Chicago LBs first. I know they are long shots, but they are studs and world class LBs are as indigenous to Illinois as corn and pork bellies. Shoot, the place kicker we signed from Chicago years ago.could tackle better than most of our LBs. The LB we signed last year was lights out. Let's get one this time with a little more humility.
