    Clint Eastwood
    John Wayne
    Ewan McGregor
Keanu Reeves (was good in Point Break however)
    Robert Redford
    Paul Newman
    Sean Connery
    *Woody Allen

    Bette Midler
    Barbara Steisand
*Darryl Hannah THE ALL TIME WORST ACTRESS EVER

(Too be added to as I get more free time) Let's hear yours.

Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Steve Carell.

I refuse to watch any movies with Carell, he annoys the living chit out of me.

As far as actresses go I would say Melissa McCarthy, she is always typecasted as the tub of goo.

I hear ya. I loved the first several seasons of the Office. I thought he was funny in that. I also thought he was funny as hell in Anchorman....as Brick Tomlin...

There are a lot of people who are bad actors... they just play themselves and you either like their basic personality or don't... most of the tough guy action stars are like that. Some of the female love interests are like that.

The actors that really bug me are the ones that are just annoying as hell.

Steve Carell is a good example that GatoRella brought up.

Jim Carrey is another one for me.

For women - Tea Leoni. What a god awful annoying "witch".

Tea Leoni is smoking hot though. Jim Carrey was funny at first but his best was before he did movies and was on the show "In living Color"....

    John Wayne
    Tom Hanks
    Julia Roberts

Not bad actors. They just annoy me, especially the last two.

John Wayne was a good character actor, but not very versatile. He was also the biggest bully and overall ass-clown in Hollywood. He helped blacklist a lot of his colleagues back in the fifties. Used to walk around at cocktail parties insulting and threatening people. He once got in Bill Goldman's face for not casting him in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. What a terrible movie that would have been.

She is hot... as long as you shove something in her mouth and keep her from talking. As soon as she opens that yap and the personality comes through, all the "hot" leaks out.

JMO of course. Your mileage may vary.

Agree with you on Jim Carrey on "In Living Color"... in short skits, sometimes he was hilarious. I just can't take two hours of him straight.

I was going to say the same thing. However, I thought she was good in Fun with Dick and Jane. (And Bad Boys!)

Yeah, me too, but I guess that may have been just good acting. I don't see the "hotness" though. I just think "skinny" (not slender, which is good) when I see her

Julia Roberts annoys me also - both in movies and real life. Of course, I find a lot of Hollywood stars pretty annoying in real life (Sean Penn - did I say that out loud?)

It may be just good acting acting again, but James Spader can play a great douche-bag that I just want to see getting his face beat in :geek: I kind of liked him as the new boss in Office however - although no one could replace Carell IMO.

Based on acting only - not off screen politics or opinions

    Patrick Swayze

    Jamie Lee Curtis

and I agree that Daryl Hannah should be banned from the business :)

Lilo made a lousy Elizabeth Taylor.

Tara Reid should have never started.

    Tyler Perry....sorry, that's not acting.

Jennifer Aniston is no friend of mine.
