    Obama has absolutely no legal basis for his unilateral reschedulings, postponements, waivers, etc of statutory requirements in the law, but who is going to tell him no? It would be up to Congress to challenge him on Separation of Powers, but Harry Reid and Pelosi have no problem with leftist autocracy because they are banking on never losing power and dealing with a Republican autocrat. The Republican Beltway guys are a mixture of craven wimps who are afraid to look 'mean' to Obama, and people who want to wield the power he does.

    Who is left, other than the few real conservatives, to ever tell him no?
