If KB is hired, let's hope he teaches his players not to do this when they score.

    FAIL!

I love kerwin. Watched him play as a student. I love him.

I don't want him within a mile of the program.

I remember prominent boosters saying that we offered Spurrier $5 million a year to come back and coach for us when we were Zooked.

Why no trust in Kerwin? I can see him not being top choice but why would he be so horrible?

Lame would probably keep Cook in the fold and land a few more 5 stars on offense

Really? Strikes me as a guy most would not want to have as their OC.

As much as I can't stand him as a person I think Lane Kiffin could be very, very successful here as the OC. I don't want him running the program but I think he could bring in the talent and run a very productive offense. Besides, it would be fun to run up the score on the Dollies with his offense. They would be apoplectic.

Why? Is it something about him personally or because he coaches at JU?

These rumors are entertaining... At least to me they are. I too had Thanksgiving dinner at Saban's house.

Are people really considering Kiffin? Besides the fact he's a total tool, and the other myriad of reasons, you know he'd bolt the second a big school came calling. (For HC)

    NO THANKS...

Yeah....same question I have. WHAT "baggage" does Kerwin carry?

    (This ought to be good.)

I have actually come around on Bell. I always thought he would have been a terrible fit with the previous staffs and personnel, but right now he could take the best of the Boise system Pease brought and add some of the tempo, spread, and multiple verts stuff he knows so well. That being said, everything I have heard indicates he has no interest.

What I heard from a little bird though e-mail today is that complete autonomy of the offense is not a guaranteed perk... and if this is true, it means Captain Meltdown is still in control of the offense for the most part and that means there's no way in hell Kerwin Bell would come here.

It's why I keep saying this offense will never change under Muschamp, he simply won't allow it.
