For sure. I made the prediction to a friend we would win by 20+. I think I missed it even worse on the picks thread.

I'm not sure if I'm more pissed off about Kentucky or my two little ones not getting along and allowing me to watch the game in peace, lol

Ah, that was my thought, i.e. UK wasn't being aggressive enough. Just wondered. Thanks!

Sorry you couldn't watch the game in peace (however I think I'd rather know the lack of peace of kids -- envious).

pretty easy. Kentucky basketball should mean nothing to you if its a choice between it and the kids

I'm sure Calapari isn't happy either and will make sure they play better in their next game against Auburn. I'm fairly confident UK will get the blow out you'd like to see in that game. :)

    Final score: 69-59 UK-MSU (knew they'd get a 10 pt win ;))

Borntobe please! You have followed me for years on here and you know I have stated basketball is fun and it's a damn game...it's not life nor death. I was just stating I wasn't sure if I was pissed about Kentucky or a crazy household that got me ticked!

I'm a bit selfish here. I want UK to win handily against Auburn so they aren't mad when they play UF in Rupp Arena ;)

I'm just disappointed that we slept walked through a game in February and didn't pound a weak MSU team. We had three or four ball players who didn't even show up....it's February...unacceptable step on a journey in February. You burn the tape and move on, but we are far away from where we need to be.

Florida is 12-16 pts on a neutral floor and that widened today... Damn

Understandable....I wish the UK-UF game was on a neutral floor honestly. I'd know more about my team than in a home game

I was happy with the win. UK shot horrible from 3 (took too many IMO) and I think shot a good bit less free throws also. On the road in the SEC, my standards are pretty low.

I don't quite see Andrew the way Jeff does if I'm reading him right. I've been thrilled with his progress. He had some dumb fouls, but he's really been coming on lately. I'm also not in agreement that I want to see UF play UK on a neutral floor. They already have 5 losses! What UK needs is a quality win. I'll take the neutral game as the 3rd matchup, but give me this first one at home.

Perimeter defense has been an issue ALL year and I don't expect that to change. UK's guards just aren't going to stop dribble penetration. Its why WCS's presence is so important. Just like you can't buy milk at a hardward store, 6'5 guards who have slow feet aren't going to learn to stay in front of 6'0 guards that are quicker/faster.

REM I'm fine with Andrew and I do love his progress just when he slacks off and doesn't give it his all I want him to sit is all.

If it was up to me most games would be a neutral floor as that is where the tournaments are played...I wish we played more neutral site games to be honest...but then again my thinking isn't normal.

The thing that really ticks me off is that the learning curve at Kentucky with all of these freshmen have to be in supersonic speed instead of NORMAL speed, which thus gets people frustrated. This is one reason that either Calipari tweaks the way he does things or he leaves because he is just so tired!

I think Alabama is a decent team with a very good pg and coach. Theay have also had a tough schedule...3rd toughest SOS, I thought I heard per Dickie V.

So in summary, our "close" game is understandable...UK's is simply poor basketball... :)

My kids get along fine and it only took them a little over twenty years to learn how.
