UK just needs to figure out how to prevent MSU from getting penetration. It's leading to some easy shots for MSU which they are making. UK leads 49-39 w/ 11:28 left.

    53-41 UK-MSU 9:39 left
Polson (a senior) sure does seem to be helping this UK team settle down.
Also UK is doing a better job of getting offensive rebounds out of MSU's zone defense in this half of the game.

I'm glad sit his ass on the bench. He has to learn how to play defense and stop fouling.... Hoping to see Hawkins a bit

Should have said Andrew Harrison since both of their names start with an A.

55-47 UK-MSU 7:44 left. MSU with one FT attempt after the break.
MSU continues to hang around. I still think UK wins by about 10 pts in the end. Every time MSU seems to be on a run, UK responds with their own.

MSU blows several chances to close the gap. UK to capitalize. Or not... UK is 3-14 from 3 pt land. Andrew Harrison fouls out.

    59-52 UK-MSU... UK's lead shrinks.

Good to see isn't it? Too bad MSU can't pull it out though

Wow, UK only has about half of their normal number of FT attempt per game. That's probably one of the biggest reasons MSU is hanging around in this game.

    61-52 UK-MSU 3:30 left.

Now Borntobe it's not as I am a Kentucky fan...this is February...not Dec or Jan when this would be acceptable.

UK's got this game. Good job. Meanwhile Tennessee is handing it to S. Carolina (but that's at home).

BTW, dailydoublecat, do you attribute the FT attempt discrepancy by UK in this game to simply playing on the road? Just curious.

I thought the same about the Gators today :) No game seems safe. Just win and get ready for the next game (and try to improve).

Considering the usual treatment they get at CoRuppt, that seems pretty obvious ;)

No I attribute it to them playing like pansies and not trying to play through conduct and settling for jump shots.
