Redshirt or not?
Oh is that right....ok
Or we could try to integrate him into the offense and see what hes got
I agree with the depth at rb. He should have been put on the shelf this year
The players in front of him will have to get hurt for him to play
He should at this point.
At some point in the season we will probably need him. All it takes is an injury to Jones or Brown and he has to play.
They weren't stopping Jones and Matt needed the reps. He is clearly just now rounding into game shape. If he hadn't missed the whole preseason he would have housed his long run.
No born because then the defense would KNOW it's a run since he can't pass block. Better not to use him to run the ball until he can pass block blindfolded.
He can't, he has played.
So looking back who was best in state last year.... Collins for sure I'd say. Not even close
I thought out of high school Collins was the best in the state by a decent margin. That being said the others are playing on teams with more RB's so it is premature to say at this time. The others have 3 or 4 more years to go. There was like 8 really good RB's in the state last year that are all going to play a lot of football in the coming years
Taylor was and is the best back that came out of Florida last year. His time will come.
Based on what I saw.. Not rankings, stats, or Name on the back of the Jersey.. Collins was the best Back in Florida last year.
Who did Collins sign with?
Our next opponent, I believe.
Arkansas we will see him next week
I'd like to see hit run the wildcat instead of Burton. At least that way we keep Burton from possibly getting hurt cause we need him in the slot, and Taylor gets a few carries each game.
