Chickens are continuing to come to roost for the TPers. Down goes Brownback, down goes the TP.

He's a fool without a clue. I think someone else on the Pubs side or a Pub masquerading as an independent (Dems do this) needs to run against him.

I'm not too worried about any particular state "turning blue". Once Obamacare hits and people actually have to pay the extreme premiums AND their own medical bills until they reach the deductible, very few democrats will be re-elected in 2014 and 2016. A lot of people will declare bankruptcy because of Obamacare, and none of them will be voting for the party that bankrupted them. Republicans will strengthen their position in the House in 2014, and will take the Senate and Presidency in 2016 based on the "success" of Obamacare. They will only have to come up with credible options for medical care in the U.S., which will not be easy, but almost anything would be better than bankrupting people with Obamacare.

Too many Americans (and especially swing voters) live paycheck to paycheck, and getting hit with a large increase in their costs for premiums, not to mention medical bills, will cause a huge number of bankruptcies. Democrats may promise handouts to prevent bankruptcy for Obamacare victims, but pubs in the House will block any wasteful spending bills so people can fully appreciate what Obamacare is doing for (to) them. It may be enough to plunge the country into another recession.

Even if they lose the to governorship the state isn't even remotely turning blue.
