Ummmmm, isn't H&R Block violating the Americans with Disabilities Act? Why all the denigrating name calling?

First---it is the dept of justice, that place where Holder has a job. Nuff said there.

Secondly--considering how Obamascam website rollout went, they have very little leverage to be judging, evaluating, correcting, or enforcing much of anything to do with a....website.

Did the Justice Dept. have anything to do with the glitches on the ACA website?

So are all websites that are not compatible to the blind and deaf in violation of the ADA?

I mean we are talking about shutting down a lot of websites...

That's simple. It appears to be the only way some are able to communicate.

Not that Eric Holder would hold this administration accountable for anything.

They miss out on a lot.......after a quick read, the application of ADA regs from brick and mortar business is becoming applicable to websites. Rather than indulge in denigrating name calling, one can actually learn something new.

LOL, Nana. If I went to swamp gas and started a thread titled, "Geeee guys, why does everyone here want Muschamp fired? I don't get it," would you find that insulting?

Obama's website doesn't work, and he wants to sue somebody else because their website doesn't work for deaf and blind and people. Obama's website doesn't work for deaf and blind people either.

    LOL

    That was funny!

But in all seriousness why should H&R be forced to spend who knows how much while gatorcountry (just to make it personal) should not (and I am certainly not advocating for this)?
