...at 4am this morning, Gainesville here I come!!!
First gators game this week, so ready for this!
Now that's what I'm talking about. It will be great to see and be able to measure improvement in WM's new product. I know we're all puling for him as well as this young but talented Gator team. Hopefully, the puzzle pieces are all there and the staff can put them together to end up with a pretty picture and get us to Atlanta. I won't be in Gainesville Saturday but will be at Juicy Lucy's in Asheville watching with a bunch of Gators. GO GATORS!
This is cause for celebration, time to crack a beer!
So bummed I can't be there, time to crack a beer!
Good beer and Gator football!
I love you guys.
3rd row up behind the gators bench! Just hit the Tennessee state line, should be in Gainesville and checked into the hotel by 5:30ish!!! Wooooo let's hang 60 on the Vandals!!!
I wish I could be in town right now, just relaxing. I'll be leaving palm beach 11am Saturday :-/
With or without the game, just getting out of ohio is a enough cause for celebration
Hey you mind swinging by Durham, NC and picking me up?? I'll buy the beer lol
You sir are correct!!! I wish you guys could see the meltdown going on up in Ohio with Braxton Miller going down. Quite comical.
Free beer!?! We're on our way! Haha!
Just crossed into Jawja...
Here's the part of the trip that takes forever!
That's a hardcore drive bro. I think I would've flown to Orlando or Jax, but I admire your dedication. I hope you have a fun week. Go Gators!
Twelve hours (w/o stops) - no prob; esp since '83 left early in the am. If no kids, could make that drive in 13 hrs or less. I would probably break it up, but I'm an old dude!
Thanks! Go Gators! Honestly the trip hasn't been bad at all. Kentucky and Tennessee were easy and went by quickly, Georgia sucks (in all aspects of life) but we're making great time and will be ready to explore campus bright and early tomorrow!
Man you guys are stronger than me. I'm only 30 and I look to fly anywhere longer than like a 4 hour drive, lol.
Anyway, it's nice to know we've got some orange and blue representation up in Ohio. Drive safe and have a great trip.
I know this is kind of off topic but I remember a while ago reading on here about hot springs or springs near Gainesville, or within reasonable driving distance that we're not to be missed. Anyone have any ideas?
There's no hot springs that I know of but there are plenty of cold springs around. Ichetucknee is my favorite http://www.floridastateparks.org/ichetuckneesprings/
There's also Ginnie, Poe, Hart, and Blue springs among others
Thank you!!! We'll be in Gainesville all week and are just looking for different adventures around the city.
They put up some zip lines over in Ocala that are supposed to be pretty neat, but I haven't tried them yet.
