Anyone familiar with the concept ? Went to a meeting tonight. I'm the 'Keep It Simple' guy who tells people to just shut-up and eat their food. Still, the concept isn't whacky. It's based on the supposition that 7-13 servings of fruits and veggies their telling us get every day is a tall order. So, why not just put the nutrients in capsule, along with some of the fiber, but very few of the calories. I was expecting to meet a lot of nutty juicers.
