This brings up a question/argument I have with my husband frequently.

Upon their death, who would men literally mourn (like almost to the point of wearing mourning clothes) more? Stan Lee or Hugh Heffner? Stan Lee - classic superheroes, Hugh Heffner - pioneer for the advancement of men's "reading" skills.

After I got divorced, had a woman I met ask me if I was a widower.

Told her no I was divorced, only wished I was a widower. For some reason we didn't go out.

It appears that he breaks up and moves on after his young conquests reaches a certain age.

Ladies, take note. This is a VERY honest assessment from the male POV.

I gotta admit, me being happy to show Dr. Quinn the medicine is not as bold a statement at 35 as at 20, but hey.

I will mourn Stan Lee over Hefner, not even close.

Stan Lee. Being a child of the 80's the sexual revolution was over and dirtier mags were available. But Stan Lee was putting out epicness.

I was reading Marvel Comics before I was allowed to look at Playboy. Of course I would look if I got the chance but that wasn't too often. Hefner has left his mark on the male (and female) gender but I think Stan Lee may be admired more.

I actually met James Woods once, in Mexico, on my class' senior trip in 1984. Got to meet Jeff Bridges and actress Rachel Ward too, because everywhere our class went around the Chizanitza Mayan ruins in southern Mexico, they were filming the movie "Against All Odds".

We actually saw several of the scenes from the movie filmed there, including the "love scene" at the top of the Mayan pyramid at night.

Woods was very cordial, as was Bridges (who was a jokester), and Rachel Ward was not only a very nice person, but she was totally hot. lol

I'm sure it's his IQ that gets her excited. I have two words for that arrangement - $ugar daddy.
