Somehow, I think the Jags might be able to lose 17 games this year....

I think Jax management turned him in. This is there way of keeping him injury free for the rest of the season......

Maybe we could "borrow" him for Saturday.

Gene Smith, the gift that keeps on giving.

The Jags are going to be down for a LONG time.

Strike another first rounder off the board for Gene Smith. We haven't had a single first round pick work out since when? Wouldn't be surprised of Joekel's broken leg falls off.

Sad for Blackmon, who clearly has a serious addiction problem.

Lol. Just went to look it up. Last jags non bust first round pick was John Henderson in 2002. And people wonder why we are 0-8

Blackmon, Gabbert, Alualu, Monroe, Marcedes, leftwich, Reggie Williams, Matt jones, Derick Harvey, Reggie Nelson.

Great news for Cecil Shorts fantasy owners. I was getting tired of seeing Blackmon steal targets.

In fairness Reggie Nelson is playing pretty well for Cincinnati. He just wasn't any good playing for that cesspool of an organization

So after drafting Matt Jones, a receiver with a drug problem, in the first round and getting practically nothing out of him, the Jaguars have now drafted another receiver with a drug problem in the first round?

You forgot about R Jay Soward and Reggie Williams. 0-4 on first round WRs with drug problems.

Not to simplify things too much, but I would use Janoris Jenkins as an example of what to do with certain players. Even though they are talented you just don't take them in the first 2 or 3 rounds. It sends the signal that their past behaviors have caught up with them. Otherwise they think they are immune.

As a Vikings fan with as many draft needs and a similarly high pick, keep it up for at least one more year pls.

Jags have now replaced the Bucs as the favorites to win the Bridgewater Bowl.

Yep. CS has been huge when he was the lone target.
