I agreed that it might not be a fair shake for JB last year but he's gone. Now ask yourself which you prefer TM or JB only if JB happens to stay? I would choose TM over JB.

I don't know what you were watching? Newton had a cannon of an arm and would have won us at least 1 if not 2 more national titles in our offense which was geared for him. I always thought he was better than Tebow but it's hard for most people to watch and be rational.

I thought Brissett was the better option last year, especially for the offense Muschamp wanted to run. Driskel is better in a spread IMO. How do you know he wasn't good at UF? He never even got a chance IMO.

the same cam newton who couldn't throw through a barn door (two if one was open) if he was 5 yards away from it?

he was a terrible throwing qb while at UF. Loeffler did him a favor, along with him getting busted stealing and cheating going to CC and learning how to throw a ball.

Cam wasn't better than Tim while at UF.

Brisset was not mobile... since our medicore OL, he couldn't go far I believe. JB's mere a passer than dual-threat qb therefore it won't be a right fit for him to stay here with the kind of offense we have here. He needs a very good/great OL in order for him to be effective. So I believe he made a right decision to transfer.

Actually Jacoby has been far classier than several posters here.

I thought the kid deserved more reps last yr, but it doesn't matter now. He is no longer an option and Murphy looked better than JB or JD today. Time to rally around the new guy.

If Cam had stayed he would have been dismissed from the University.

This dazzling post was sent via my Samsung Galaxy Tablet using jet packs custom built for Gator Country.

look at NC State stats, their QB has run it 8-9 times a game, at Northern Illinois, the QB was the main guy running the ball there, I just have a hard time seeing an offense that needs the QB to carry it 8 or 9 times will be to dynamic with him carrying the ball 100 times over the course of a season. Did he transfer before the new coach took the job? The guy before him had a pro-style offense, this one isn't.
