What has this man accomplished since being in office that has really benefited this nation?
Are we better economically? Are we better with foreign relations? Are we better off socially or morally? Really, what has he accomplished???

It's August of 2005 and some liberal asks "Is there anything positive that GWB has done?" and you provide a long list of things you think are positive.

Do you think any liberal would, in any circumstance, accept any of those?

That's the answer to the bigger question you should be asking.

Gone on vacations promoting Martha's Vineyard tourism, Bar Harbor, ME tourism, Florida Gulf Coast tourism, Hawaii tourism, Palm City, Florida tourism. Played golf.

Other than vacations (which cost us far less) his work time has been unproductive.

    OBL dead
    no Romney in White House

there are other positives he accomplished either directly or thru orders.

howver, contrary to what cons claim...a POTUS is not a king.....due to the form of govt when there are failures there is blame to go around(be it during a Dem or GOP presidency) since laws require passage by congress and sig of POTUS.

Cons point out approval ratings of OBL

to the cons I say----defend GOP even lower approval ratings

Admittedly, Osama bin Laden's approval ratings are pretty low, but what does that have to do with anything?

You mean other than destroying captialism and ushering in a Muslim-socialist totalitarian state? Because that was pretty awesome.

Both of his elections helped to point out how deranged his political opposition has become.

I'm a fiscal conservative. IMO, republicans have done more harm to capitalism than dems. At least when dems are socialists, it is blamed on socialism. When Pubs mess up the free mkt the resulting inefficiencies are blamed on free mkts. Reagan certainly did his share of protectionism (google reagan + clothepins). Also, the subsidizing of healthcare started us on the doomed road we've been on (not to mention letting the med profession engage in all kinds of anti-competitive behavior). &, hail, if the gov used GAAP accounting like the private sector, Bushie had an 11 TRILLION dollar deficit in 2004 alone.

    docspor's bottom line D = R = crap big gov!
