That's been out for a while. A great irrefutable argument to be sure.

River, Fred, 108 and Chomp how is Obamacare treating you? Certainly by showing such support for him you all must have signed up for his signature legislation right?

108 wants the socialism so I am sure he is thrilled

The others prob have not lost their medical coverage at work yet- if they would spend anytime at all actually digging into the actual cost to them and what they will get for that cost they might change their tune

Aren't ACA marketplace policies effective January 1, 2014?

If the plan to allow people to see the problems of ACA had been allowed to bear fruit, you might have killed a lot of the bad things in the bill.

Now the debate has changed to the shutdown, and ears have stopped listening on the bill itself.

Getting at someone isn't as important as getting the job done. Yet here we are.

This is one way to look at it, but I offer another view. Never in the history of our nation has an entitlement ever been canceled once it gets operational. Also, this is a tax, make no mistake about it. And millions of Americans will lose their converge when the employer exemption runs out, because of the huge Obama-care compatibility tax that they will add to everyone's current insurance. This is why Obama postponed the most insidious part of that tax with this employer exemption... for one year... till after the elections.

This is designed to make the employer chose to pay a fine rather than pay the ridiculously expensive Obama-care insurance compliance taxes. The fine is cheaper than the increase in the employers own insurance. Many millions of employees will be dropped form their insurance policies. Which will leave them fighting to get Obama-care.

And that's why the single payer system was the goal from the get-go. That is total socialized medicine that will cost everyone more money on hidden taxes that have yet to come to light. This forced and purposeful outcome also is done for a reason, so that it increases taxes little by little and so that people get indoctrinated to the cost of Obama-care slowly. In the end Obama-scam/tax does nothing that was promised to do when Obama started us sown this path to ruin... in cheap affordable healthcare.

Lots of good Republican ideas in the bill. The thinking is to get rid of the bad stuff and keep what both sides see as good.

Now it is hurt Americans, until Obama yells uncle.

With time to build consensus on the bad stuff, and votes next year, you might have gotten what you want without hurting Americans right now.

Now, it is about the shutdown and the bill lives on.

By the way, it is operational and funded unlike small business loans which the TP stopped with their lunacy.

As long as they do away with the fines and the mandate, I'm open to all of that.

such a cheap thing that people do here. post a video, claim it can't be refuted, but refuse to actually say what they thinks is irrefutable. You don't even need to watch the video to make those claims.
