I really like Leak, but I think Jeff could end his career in a way that will change your mind

That's because his passes are all short yardage passes, of course there more accurate. Jeff is somewhat a more accurate long ball passer than Murphy, but he is not an accurate long ball passer. Murphy does a better job moving around in the pocket and keeping his eyes down field when scrambling. I think he is an equal running the zone read, different running styles but they are both good runners. I just think that both of them have enough weaknesses in their games that makes them average QBs.

Again, Leak has shown more QB acumen as a high school senior than anyone we had since in college, even Tebow, who was the greatest offensive force in our history. Leak did not get drafted because of his size and arm strength, not because he was a poor QB. He had a pocket presence and poise that was developed for yrars before he came to Florida.

Saying that Jeff is a better pro prospect is quite true. Saying he is a better QB is utterly absurd. I like Jeff, but Leak was one of the top QBs in Florida history.

I wish Jeff had an offensive line in high school. He would've developed some pocket presence then, but he basically had to scramble all of the time. It's been ingrained in him

These were all of the passing plays through his first 7 games. I think people forget that Jeff can really put the ball on people[/QUOTE]

Lol yep he's amazing. Hey if he were to come out this year and your team needed a QB, would you take Driskel or Teddy B? Who do you think he compares to?

He doesn't really compare to anyone in my opinion. Bridgewater is better right now, but we both know that

If the choice were Teddy vs Driskel I would take Teddy but that is not what we are talking about is it?

To be honest there are maybe about a dozen Qbs I would take right now over driskel but I don't think none of them are on UF'S roster. Close though ( murph)
