4.6 yards per carry is remarkably effective.

Gillislee only averaged 4.7 yards and that includes his longest run.

Trey has been used as a RB in short yardage before. If memory serves he scored 6 touchdowns in a game against UK and not all were in space as a runner.

Trey will not be underutilized this year...he will have plenty of opportunities running the wildcat and catching the ball...even more touches this year.

He is going to be counted on this year to make plays during critical times of games.

I think Trey has a decent year in his final season as a Gator. I think he will be improved as a receiver and probably get 25-30 receptions including some key 3rd down conversions. I don't mind seeing the Wildcat a few times a game, but generally speaking, the less we see of it probably means that our offense is capable of functioning without it....

TB has said running from the wildcat is his favorite thing to do and he is very good at it and it is a great changeup for us.

One game I forget which one Pease said at halftime they were having trouble stopping it and so they ran it a lot successfully in 2nd half. WINNING!

Remember that play Trey should have pitched it and ran through the defender? WINNING!

    Remember him outrunning UT? WINNING!

He has won us some games for sure.

Lol... funny, because I couldn't sleep much last night and I re=played the FSU and Tennessee games on DVR last night. And you're spot on about Trey. I also saw the Sugar Bowl again for the first time since we played it (barf) along with the 'bama Notre Dame game too.

Man do I despise Nick Saban and his punka$$ QB.

    It's Joyer, Nat.

Just kidding. I'm guessing you were victimized by auto correct.

I can't stand auto correct. It's my worst enema.

Personally, I can't stand the wildcat. Everybody and their grandmother knows it's a run with the qb.

I have no problem with the wildcat. What I do not like is it's being called when the offense is operating smoothly and moving the chains down the field with Jeff in control. It stalls our drive when it the wildcat doesn't work.

Well he appears to be our best WR by a good margin.
