Only 3 points? Giving Saban a month to prepare? That would have been even easier money than taking Bama last year against that non-BCS Cinderella team who got in.

Auburn is the team that beat beachgator23's "best team in the nation". NO ONE believed they could. No one believed ANYONE could beat gump. Some believed gump could beat NFL teams.

ref$u's best win was against the ultimate paper tiger of all time, clemson.

I expect Auburn to win and I am not sure it will be close. War Eagle.

FSU matches up well with Missouri. Not Auburn. You saw what Auburn did to Missouri. They will repeat that against FSU. Put your money on FSU if you like.

How can you argue the ranked teams FSU played. We are talking SEC vs ACC. Give me a freaking break. Winston or not. Doesn't matter.

If FSU starts slow like they did vs Duke then it could get ugly. Auburn will run up and down the field at will. Coaching will be the difference. So who you like? Please don't say Fisher.

The more I think about this game the more confident I am that Auburn wins convincingly. fsu will not be able to stop Auburn's run game AT ALL. Their strength on defense is against the pass, but Auburn doesn't pass and when they do it's because it was set up perfectly by the run. I really think there are some legit mismatches here and that fsu will get steamrolled.

It will be back and forth like a Jimmy Connors match. The last team with the ball wins.

Dude, seriously, it's a message board. A thread like this not only doesn't "make us look dumb" but is to be expected given the scenario. Relax. This is the online equivalent of throwing turds at at wall. It's not like we're sending this out for publication.

Who was better than VT in 1999. They had Michael Vick at QB, as well as a top ten defense. They destroyed everyone except for a blip rivalry game against WVU (similar to our blip game against Vandy in 19960). Nebraska was the only team close to VT that year, but VT entered the final game undefeated, while the Huskers had one loss. The final game had the last two undefeated teams in the nation. And no, in spite of beating us twice, Alabama wasn't as good,either...

Again, they are similar in having to fight all year, but our offense was nearly as good as theirs, while our defense was light years better than theirs.

    Signed,

    Florida 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1996 (at Doak), 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2010, 2011, 2013

Except for 1990, they were in the ACC every year, and Florida was either the first or second best team in the SEC in 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1998, 1999 and 2000. Must have been coaching...

Spare me with the ACC-SEC nonsense.

I'll never forget the Florida Cyborgs team in the year 19960, as they beat the Oklahoma Robots 1,035 - 900 in the BCS Space Championship game on our Moon Base. I still have the holograph of the team meeting King Tebow the 30th.
