FSU has been playing at another level all year.
Winston is the real deal, their line is exceptional and the wr's make great plays.
FSU's defense is fast and well coached. The special teams are special.
They are a bread and butter team. Nothing fancy. NFL level execution. Superb play calling.

Auburn has improved as the year went along, they survived some close games and came up with big time plays against Alabama and the University of Here We Go Again.
They have some weaknesses that FSU might be able to exploit.
Auburn is not a bread and butter team.
Their playbook must look like some exotic theorem of negative energy.

The difference is we are talking about FSU.
At no time in the history of college football has one program had so much talent with so little to show for it. They will find a way to lose.

    It's the FSU way.

The ball will bounce off of the hands of a wide open receiver in the end zone with one second left, boomerang back, hit Winston in the head and knock him down, then pick it up and run the wrong way, take a knee for an Auburn game winning safety, then later claim he was dazed and confused and drugged with a roofie.

    Karma.

I agree with you. I was just saying I feel better about Auburn's chances than I did. I think the Tigers stand a good shot at winning if it's tight late, considering their experience with winning games that have gone down to the wire. FSU hasn't really had to deal with that yet.

The only thing that concerns me is that Auburn is one dimensional and the FSU D might be able to to stuff the run loading the box on early downs. Marshall can't be coughing up fumbles in this game. Auburn has a couple of playmakers on D and I am hoping they can make enough to keep FSU in the 30's. 42-31 has a nice ring to it for AU.

I've always called the '93 championship the Bobby Bowden Lifetime Achievement Award. He kept coming close but no cigar, and finally F$U was selected over Notre Dame who beat them during the regular season.

    All of this.

What FSU does is not new to Auburn, and Benjamin isn't someone that Auburn hasn't defended against similar size and talent (see Mizzu's WR's, mainly Green-Beckham).

BC put up over 200 yds on the ground against FSU, and they don't have the depth, talent or coaching that Auburn does. When Auburn needs to throw, they will get their yards through the air.

This isn't blind hatred for FSU, but I see Auburn taking this one. They'll have over 300 yards on the ground and 175 yds +- through the air.

The Noles don't do anything fancy.
They just do it extremely well.

This has to be a shootout, and the last team with the ball wins. Hope it's Auburn.

With those receivers, I could throw the ball up, and let them go get it. But you are right, they have the play makers to do it right.

Yeah those teams all sucked, but Clemson finished ranked as did UNC and Miami. And UF, Notre Dame, and Nebraska all finished ranked in the top 5. That was the strongest schedule they ever played IIRC.

This game may go down to the 4th quarter……and Auburn will win because they know how to finish close games. F$U has dominated one of the weakest schedules in BCS history. They beat a good Clemson team which fell apart early in the game and they beat UM after they had lost key players to injury. Beating UF this year was about the same as beating Vanderbilt in years past. We had absolutely nothing given all the injuries! Auburn will smack the Noles in the face early and often….and I predict the Noles will collapse like a house of cards. Winston may keep them in the game for a while, but Auburn's triple option will run them off the field!

FSU is a paper tiger much like 2006 OSU was. They both played pathetic schedules. Meanwhile like 06 UF, 13 AU has that touch of destiny on their side. I hope AU steamrolls FSU. AU has a massive advantage at head coach. NIU hung very close with FSU until the 4th quarter last season. My prediction: FSU is a mirage and AU beats them

It also depends on how much Benjamin gets to hold and shove.
Auburn's defense should hold up fine.

As for your question - Tally has sold their souls for this guy - win lose or draw.
    Winston gives their lives meaning.

Except Tebow wasn't a piece of Sh!t that the locals cops had to cover a rape for so he could play.
