Spurrier never wasted time when it was obvious a change was necessary at qb. Jd just isn't getting the job done.

Driskel should have followed Meyer to OSU, which STILL hasn't lost since Meyer became coach, BTW.

If SOS was still roaming the sidelines we would have a stable of QB'S to choose from.

He lost plenty in his last year here, so what's your point?

He has a stable now, and it didn't help him much at USCe today...

If he inherited this team, who would he have brought in? Shane Matthews?

This boards full retard. Sos's team just gave up 41 to the team he hates most.

Most of the big offensive players were runs, not passes. That defense was supposed to be among the nation's best...

Well aren't we talking about his QBs and not his defense? And I agree with the OP, Driskel should have been pulled. He was Denard Robinson vs Notre Dame bad

Since this is likely SOS's last year in Columbia, maybe WM and SOS should meet next week and combine teams -- USC's offense and Florida's defense. The Gatorcocks!

I don't think Spurrier pulled his QB unless he thought the #2 guy could do something better.

I remember Shane having a TERRIBLE game against MSU (5 Ints, 0 TDs) and he never got pulled.

It's a lot easier to bench your starter when you have Danny Wuerffel, Jesse Palmer, or Rex Grossman on the bench.

If SOS were coaching UF, people on this board would be calling for his head instead of Muschamp's ...

It's pointless to talk about pulling a QB when we have nobody behind him who could possibly have done any better.

With that schedule of high school opponents if he loses a game he should be fired. I bet he isn't having any fake heart attacks anymore though.
