if Aaron Hernandez were to claim he did it is 'self defense'

Set the legal standards aside for a moment.

Set your politics aside for a moment.

Set your orange and blue tainted spectacles aside for a moment.

Do you honestly believe Aaron Hernandez is innocent? That all those circumstances are just...coincidence?

    Gang background.

    Leaves house with a gun.

    Comes back with gun.

Destroys video surveillance equipment and cel. phone.

Gun casings matching AH's gun and used to murder vic, found in HIS car, with bubble gum he bought earlier.

They--that is, AH and vic are connected.

AH seen with vic that night.

AH heard as having 'history' with vic (ie.--'can't trust anyone', and what it was referring to).

AH sued for shooting another aquaintnece in the face, 4 mos, earlier--dude was also from connecticut, and convicted of drug dealing.

...and it just keeps getting better.

Keep in mind they have video of him entering the site where Lloyd was killed. They have enough evidence that he's in deep and he has 2 others that will testify against him. Now, there's a story out that investigators are looking into 2 drive-by shootings a year ago that he was tied to.

My brother who lives in Boston said a local affiliate there has said that ballistics from spent casings match the gun he was carrying with him AND bullets removed from the victim matched the gun too. There's tons of stuff the prosecutors have that AH is in deep. They found a ton of stuff from the 15 bags they removed from his house.

Police: "Did you kill the victim?"
    Aaron: "No I did not!"
Police: "Do you know what the penalty for perjury is?"
Aaron: "Yeah--it's a helluva lot better than the penalty for murder!"

[EDIT]--Follow up to reply to Old:

Now, let's look at GZ/TM case.

    The two have ZERO history.

    GZ has no criminal record.

    GZ was near his house.

    GZ called 911.

The vic uses racially charged language against GZ.

    The VIC has crim'l/drug history.

The neighborhood--GZ's hood that is--has been vitimized by multiple break-ins leading up to their fateful run-in...

Bottom line--the facts of these 2 cases are just completely different.
