OK, all of you New Years Resolutioners out there, I am proud of you, I really am. Its been two weeks and you are still in the gym. You have made your point, now please stop. We all know you dont have what it takes and will end up quitting eventually. I say the sooner the better. You dont like working out anyway, you just do it because somehow you got the idea that you need to workout but you really dont. Go back home, stop eating too much and take a walk around the block. Filling up the gym parking lot and spending 45 minutes on the elliptical isnt helping. Sorry, frustrated with the overcrowding this month.
