No the story is not funny but the headline is a bit over dramatized. Would you not agree?

Think about it, if we are to believe that DW was "beaten very severely" to the point of almost losing conscious but still had the faculties to:
So after being beaten to the point of almost passing out, he was able to get out of he car, pull his weapon, tell MB to freeze and fire off 6 rounds. While just moments earlier he was almost unconscious.

More like he was punched in the face a few times but still had the where with all to perform the actions described above.

As I said before, the truth to all of this is somewhere in the middle.

Blacks are 13% of the population in the US. They commit 50% of the murders and over 90% are black on black murders. Who is killing the black male?
If the officer did receive injuries by Brown, it changes the whole perspective on this case.

    Because of "White privilege"
    One way street?
Because Holder experienced being followed in a Mall because he is black and now he wants vengeance?
Because according to Obama, Rich White men don't want to pay taxes for little black kids to go to school?

White people have all the advantages, absolutely no risk in failing in life or being poor, because they're...well, They're 'white"...So what if a few white kids get killed...or if a few die at the hands of blacks...They deserve it.

I don't see anything that has been presented that necessitates that the shooting did *not* take place at a distance of 35 feet or closer.

That's a good question...I certainly do not know the answer. Is that considered a separate event because it did not involve the fatal shot or is there some level of continuation that applies?

Does it really matter who made the call? Could this also be the case of a store owner not wanting to get retaliated against (after all, what's the cost of a box of Swishers vs. the cost of being targeted by looters)? Why else would the store owner be emphatic about claiming to not make the call? I'm sure the store owner could have just as easily said "no, it was our treat" to the customer who called the police to try to dissuade them from reporting the event.

None of us have a clue what actually happened on that street. But, if Wilson were beaten that badly, almost unconscious, broken facial bones ... why is the media depending on anonymous sources? Wouldn't want the police department want that known from the outset?

Facts are absent on this site as much as they are by the liberal media.
It was reported almost immediately the cop was injured, but they never said to what degree.

You might want to take a look at what's going on in Ferguson, and you're wondering why people wouldn't want their name released?

    My question was this:
So I'm not sure your answer really addresses that. The entire premise for the protest/riots/whatever has been that the shooting was unjustified. If the police have solid evidence that it was justified, why would they keep it secret?

This is pretty simple when your talking the safety of people and it's pretty clear that would be in jeopardy. Secondly this is supposed to play out in the court of law not the media.

But if the police have evidence that it was a justified shooting, there would not be a need for a court of law. All they would have to do is release their evidence. And the case would be closed.

I don't think it's that cut and dry. This blew up way too fast to make that assumption because media and the politics of the situation. No matter what evidence that comes out it will never be enough more many.
